Royal Hojari extract: Made in our lab from high-grade sustainable-harvest Boswellia sacra resin from Oman, this is a whole-resin extract. This means it contains all the precious boswellic acid that is found in particularly high quantities in this variety of Frankincense. A non-volatile compound, boswellic acid is not found in frankincense essential oil. While we don't make any medical claims for Hera, Boswellic acid has been shown to be effective in the treatment and prevention of several cancers, including breast cancer. Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate: our first choice in topical vitamin C, this lipid-soluble form is stable, highly bio-available, and able to be stored in the membrane of skin cells for use throughout the day. Included in Hera at high-dose, THD ascorbate addresses UV damage and pigmentation, as well as acting as a potent antioxidant. Vitamin C is essential for promoting strong collagen synthesis, keeping skin toned and youthful.
